Following our estimate, should you wish to proceed, we need you to sign and return our estimate acceptance form which you can download here.
Should you wish to accept this estimate, we require a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total estimate. Our payment terms are for payment on completion day of works. Good cash flow is vital for any small business. We always pay our bills on time and appreciate prompt payment.
QUALITY AND SERVICE
It is our aim to ensure that you are delighted with the job and the manner in which we carry out the work. We always keep mind that the place of work is also your home and as such we are guests in it and will act accordingly. Some parts of the work we do can be very dirty. We try to minimise this and keep it contained to the area we are working in. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied we would want to know immediately.

In the unlikely event that you have an issue with any aspect of our service, you can submit your complaint here. We take our customer service extremely seriously and will look into your issue as a matter of priority.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Any special order items (ie quality wallpaper, fixtures, fittings etc.) will need to be paid for when ordered.
Any parking vouchers or permits required for the duration of the works will need to be supplied by the customer.
